1. 7-Day Easy Returns & Free Exchanges
- Not completely in love with your purchase or need a size swap? You can return or request 1 free exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Free & Simple Return Process
We keep things easy for you with zero hidden steps:
- Request a Return: Send us an email at salesofchikankari@gmail.com with your Order ID.
- Doorstep Pickup: We will arrange a hassle-free reverse pickup from your address at no extra cost.
- Pack It Up: Simply hand over the packed item to our courier partner.
3. Instant & Fair Refunds
- Quality Check: Once we receive the returned item, we perform a quick quality check within 24 hours.
- Prepaid Orders: Your full refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card) within 1-2 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: We will transfer your refund directly to your preferred UPI ID or Bank Account.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received?
We double-check every item before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged piece or the wrong item:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a quick photo or video.
- We will send you a free replacement immediately or issue a 100% full refund ”no questions asked!
