At Chikankari Fabric, we want every outfit to fit you like it was tailor-made for you! We understand that sizing or color choices can sometimes be tricky online. That's why we offer a super easy, customer-friendly Exchange Policy so you can shop with 100% confidence.
1. Free Exchange
- exchange is completely FREE! We cover the reverse pickup and shipping cost for your first size or color swap.
- Timeline: You can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.
- Condition: The product must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and kept in original packaging with all tags attached.
2. How to Request an Exchange in 3 Simple Steps
- Contact Us: Send us email -salesofchikankari@gmail.com with your Order ID and the new size/color you need.
- New Piece Dispatch: As soon as the pickup is confirmed, we will dispatch your replacement piece right away!
3. What Can You Exchange For?
- Size Swap: Need a smaller or larger size? We will swap it instantly (subject to stock availability).
- Style / Design Swap: Want a different color or design altogether? You can choose any other item from our collection.
- If the new item is higher in price, you can pay the difference via UPI/Card.
- If the new item is lower in price, we will issue a store credit/refund for the remaining balance!
