7 Days Easy Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-Day Easy Exchange on all eligible orders to make your shopping experience hassle-free.

How It Works

* You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

* Exchange is available for size, color, design, or any other reason.

* The product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

Exchange Process

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID.

2. Our team will verify your request.

3. Once approved, we will arrange the exchange.

4. Your replacement order will be dispatched after the original product is received.

Important Notes

* Parcel opening video is mandatory only if you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

* Products that are used, washed, altered, or without tags are not eligible for exchange.

* Exchange requests made after 7 days of delivery cannot be accepted.

Processing Time

Exchange requests are usually processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned product.

Partial COD Policy (₹299)

* The ₹299 Partial COD amount is non-refundable once the order is placed.
* Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
